The content you keep on your page or share with others such as your photo, video, chat, message, sticky notes, discussion comments, question & answers, wishes, occasions, are locally stored in the wishlantis server and can be accessed for future usage by wishlantis employees.
If you delete a photo, video, audio, chat message, sticky notes, discussion comments, question & answers, wishes, occasions, it will be stored in our servers for a period of 90 days after which it will be deleted.
Contents with violent, hatred, provocative attitude will be removed by our employees whether you have shared with others or not.
We constantly monitor your contents for any violations derived in our terms and conditions. This will keep any of our users or our servers away from malicious codes and terrorist organizations.
Transaction Details
We will not store information such as credit card numbers on our databases and all the transactions through our site is highly secured by SSL; you may however choose the option of saving the details in our database.
We will save all the transaction details for protecting our users against any online frauds and you cannot restrict us from storing these details.
Email Address
We will save the email addresses of users and your friends for communication purpose. We will send buddy requests, genie requests, discussion requests, Questions and answer, occasions, sticky notes to your mail inbox. You have the option of opting out of this feature if you need it.

Content
You have the option of sharing the contents such as photo, video, sticky notes, messages, discussion topics, questions and answers either with buddies or genies or all. You can control on who sees your personal information by changing the options in the privacy visibility settings.
Whether a user is your buddy/genie or not, they can view your image/avatar, name/username on the search results and you can control this on the privacy settings.
Profile Information
You have the control and authority to display or remove your profile information at any time. You can also set individual privacy settings for basic, work, contact and education details on your profile page.
The name/username, image/avatar displayed on your buddy/genie page may not be an authenticated one, so you should take the responsibility in choosing your friends carefully.
Sharing
When you post an answer, comment on discussion topic, post a wish, post an occasion or post a sticky note on your buddy/ genie page, you are sharing information voluntarily and you cannot delete such information posted on your friend’s page.
IP Address
We store and track the IP address of the users for obtaining the details of visitors who visit to our site “WISHLANTIS.COM. This may include browser details, devices, time and place from which the site was accessed etc.
Usage
We may publish the analytical data such as the number of people registered, minimum age, maximum age, gender, country, to third parties. Third parties can use these data’s for advertising purposes.
Unauthorized usage of materials
If you have found anyone who uses your photo/picture/image without your permission you can immediately send an infringement notice at support@wishlantis.com.
Unauthorized use of contents
If you have found anyone who uses your copyrighted contents or distributes it without the knowledge of yours through “WISHLANTIS.COM” you can send infringement notice to support@wishlantis.com. We will take immediate action regarding the violation.
By User
A user may delete or cancel their account at any time but all the data’s such as photos, videos, profile information, messages, chat information, comments, occasions, wishes will be locally stored in the wishlantis server for a period of 90 days. However we cannot control the information stored by the search engines and it may take longer than 90 days to remove the cache from search engines.
By Us
We will delete your account without giving you any notices if you found to infringe any privacy laws stated at “WISHLANTIS.COM”. You may however appeal against the decision taken by us and can send an email to support@wishlantis.com.
